We can help you. This scenario happens a lot, and we can be there to relieve some of your stress. You can hire us to narrow down to a Top 3 or Top 5 venues, that will accommodate your party size and keep it within your budget.


I have been assigned the responsibility to plan our annual convention for 1000 people and I need to hire a company to help me book outside reservations for our breakout groups. Is this something that you do?


Absolutely. We have worked with many companies who are in need of finding reservations within walking distance to their hotel. We can accomodate smaller reservations as well as large reservations of 30 - 50 people. If you are interested in booking a buy out, we can assist you with that as well.


We are in the process of planning our annual holiday party in house and I was assigned the responsibility. I have very little time to dedicate to this overwhelming task and I need help with booking the caterer, entertainment and decor. Can you help me with this?

The simple answer is Yes. The more complicated answer is that we can assist you as little or as much as you would like. Do you just need recommendations or would you like us to set up and attend each meeting? We are also available to coordinate all of the details between each of the vendors that day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly allowing you to actually enjoy the party!


Our company has a big anniversary coming up and we are expecting somewhere in the vicinity of 500 people. We need to hire a planner to handle all of the details, including venue selection, invitation design, mailing of the invitations, handling the RSVPs, registration, entertainment selection and set up, menu selection and decor.
